You’ve ended your relationship, don't panic! If you are like me, being single was not my strong suit. However, I learned some very important things by being single, mainly that it can be a tremendously valuable time for healing and growth.

It’s not easy to end a relationship, no matter who ended it, the relationship was important to you, and living without it means you are entering a new phase in your life. While there may be heartache, there is also hope, become inspired by what this fresh start can mean to you.

Being in a relationship we often ignore certain parts of ourselves. This might be because there isn't enough time, or because there were unhealthy aspects of the relationship. It could be because when we are in a relationship we have a tendency to put the other person first. Now, in this clear open space, you have created for your life, you can begin a new chapter. Free of distraction, or patterns from the past. Welcome to you!

1. Enjoy your freedom

You are now free to decide what you want to do and when you want to do it. So many decisions are tied into a relationship. Let it sink in that you don’t have to consider someone else for all those daily, weekly, monthly choices that you make. You get to make decisions based entirely…
