A Short Message on How to Meditate
It doesn't have to be as hard as you might think
I have meditated for over two decades. At first, I thought it had to be this elaborate thing where I connected with guides and received profound information.
I spent at least an hour per meditation session, going into deep meditation. I did receive a lot of information but all of that wasn’t necessary.
Later I learned about stillness meditation, where the mind is meant to be silent. While I had some success at this, I have ADHD, and that sometimes proved to be a very hard thing to do.

Playing a musical instrument
Taking a walk in nature
Petting a dog or cat
Painting or sketching
Cooking or baking
Writing
It’s anytime you let your inspiration in, and follow your intuition. It’s when you feel your mind let go and your heart and soul are noticeably present.
