Here’s how to do it
Before we incarnate into this earthly reality, we plan our lives, choose a life purpose, and life lessons, and set up soul contracts with key people in our lives. We also select a group of guides. Their purpose is to help us with all of the above. To help us stay on track in achieving our soul's intentions.
Guides are called different names, spirit guides, angels, or guardian angels to name a few. No matter what you call them, we all have them. They help behind the scenes in multiple ways. They send us nudges, ideas, and inspirations.
The conversation doe not have to be one-sided, here are some basics for connecting and communicating with your guides. Once you start, a beautiful and enduring friendship will emerge.
What can you ask?
Anything! When I first started connecting with my guides I kept it to questions about spiritual topics. My life purpose, soul contracts, and questions about practice and techniques. It was when I started doing readings for other people that I realized, that guides will answer anything.
