Astral Road Trip
You take one every night while you sleep
I have been an intuitive reader for over twenty years. I have come up with many different themes for readings during that time. One of my favorite readings was called the Astral Road Trip.
In that reading, I would take a look at what the recipient did each night when they slept. We all do a little of the same. We visit the other side, connect with our guides, and get a break from the business of being incarnated.
Each person has a different routine. You might spend time with a certain guide. Go to a favorite spot, or even to your home on the other side. It was always an education for me to see into what others did, not only at night, but on the other side in general.
The coolest part about taking an Astral Rod Trip is you get to leave this plane of existence for a time. While I know some might balk at that concept it’s really no different than having a dream at night. While you sleep your soul has the ability to travel, not needing to be as present as when we are awake.
This doesn't mean we are soulless while we sleep, there is always a cord that connects us. It just means the soul is free to wander a bit on the astral plane and not on the earthly one. If this idea is fearful to you, let it go, it will come back when you are ready for it…
