Hi Audrey! Boundaries are the answer, with everything we do as empath/sensitives. Check in with yourself and know when you feel like your boundaries are being crossed. Don't be afraid to pull back. I find solitude in nature is the best remedy when I feel overloaded. If I cant get outdoors putting on nature videos helps a lot.

I had to stop doing psychic readings because the energy started to make me feel drained. It wasnt that it was bad energy, it was just too much from other people. That was a big boundary lesson for me!

A really good book I just came across might help, Senstive is the New Strong by Anita Moorjani.

She is a delightful empath!
