Hi Jodie, no worries yes it makes sense. It's tricky regarding the soul. It kind of does a number on your mind, we are ourselves, but then this other being or part of us too, its hard to process that!

I think with the shift happening, it makes it easier to connect to guides and our souls, it seems like things that once really puzzled me are getting easier to understand, finally!
