Hi Wendi! Twin flames can be more heart and soul-based, they offer a lot of shifting or change. In comparison, soulmate relationships have a strong partnership component. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly since everyone will have a different experience in their relationship(s) but that is what I have seen in my work.
