Doing a reading might not be as hard as you think. The more you practice the better you will get. There are some tools and tips to make it a little easier too! Try doing a reading for a friend, it’s sometimes easier to start on someone else, as you can be more objective.

I have been an intuitive reader for over twenty years. But it didn’t happen all at once, I had to learn a lot and determine what worked best for me. I’ve outlined some of the things I learned to make it easier for you.

In the beginning, it’s easier to work with tools, this will give you something to focus on and help you build up as you go. It’s like learning to ride a bike first you start with training wheels and build yourself up. Some professional readers use these techniques in fact.

These decks of cards come with a booklet that gives the meaning of each card. The booklet will usually suggest spreads as well. Today, you can find a deck on just about any topic. Choose a deck that resonates with you, some will more than others.
