How to Get Through the Most Common Meditation Problems
With a solution to each problem
Meditation is an important part of any spiritual practice. It brings in peace, trains your mind to be still, and opens up a method of communication with your higher self and guides. Meditation is a key pillar on the spiritual path.
If your meditation practice doesn’t quite go as you wish, don’t give up.
It’s important to be patient when learning how to meditate. Here are a few common meditation problems and how to solve them.
Falling asleep
This can happen for a few reasons, first, don’t try to meditate on a day you have had little sleep. It can be very difficult to meditate when tired.
Solutions- It helps to sit upright, not lay down. Consider active meditation. A guided, interactive meditation will keep you more alert.
The mind drifts
Your mind will drift, it’s normal for this to happen. We have a lot going on in our busy lives and switching gears from all of that to the stillness of mediation can be challenging for anyone.
