How to Hear Your Guides

Are you ready to take it to the next level?

I wrote a story called, How to Talk to Your Guides, it laid out some important information about guides and some starter suggestions for how to talk to them. For those that are ready, there are more advanced levels of communication, where you don’t just contact your guides but are able to receive from them as well.

To summarize that story, the way to get the conversation started with a guide is to use tools such as signs, oracle cards, and meditation. This allows for the connection to grow stronger, and for your mind to calm down about the fact that you are connecting with a guide. Some people will find that last step harder than others! It was a tough one for me for a long time.

Once you have practiced these steps you are ready for the next level, to hear your guides.

How to hear your guides

First, you will need to build up your psychic muscle. Don’t let that phase you, we all have the ability to be “psychic” it’s not what you think. It doesn't mean you can read people's minds or will start having prophetic dreams. It only means you are opening up, sensing, the world around you in a new way.
