Is it a Ghost or Can it Be Explained Away?
Understanding the potentially paranormal sounds that go bump in the night
Lately, I have noticed the door to my room open on its own about an inch. Only on two occasions. This can happen when someone opens the front door, or if the heat kicks on, but this is more than that and has happened twice now when those things were definitely not happening.
I’m a spiritual practitioner, both personally and professionally, and well acquainted with spirits. It’s part of my career to communicate with energy beyond our normal realm. Yet, I am not a medium, and I do not talk directly to, ghosts.
I think I could if I wanted to, but I truly do not wish to. Mainly I am concerned about getting an attachment. I have communicated with family and friends who have passed on, as well as connected with loved ones both human and animal for clients.
What is the difference between a spirit and a ghost?
The spirits of loved ones are not ghosts. A ghost, or the term I prefer, earthbound spirit, is someone who passed away but for whatever reason is hanging around, not ready to cross to the other side.
