It does sound like love bombimg and hoovering.

I have now asked the Question, is my partner “love bombing” me even thou it’s later in the relationship, in effort to get me to think he has changed his ways. Saying he is the only one who will support me and who has always supported me? There’s other things that have been said but it does tend to go thru one ear and out the other on me.
