I've seen a dramatic drop in my earnings after having done well for two years.

I know another writer on here who was not doing well and now is making much better money. Its like they gutted the writers who were doing well to spread out the earnings to the ones who weren't. Im sure the top tier writers are fine, but I dont know what to do now.
