Karma Demystified — An Easy and Simple Guide to Understanding Karma
What it is and how you can change it
For many karma is a mystery. The word has been stigmatized to mean everything from a universal regulation system to a revenge tactic.
While people do reap what they sow, and those who have done wrong do eventually have to face consequences, there is much more to karma than this alone.
In reality, karma is more like a memory, of something that has come before. It leaves its residue, which we might not be able to consciously pick up on, but nonetheless shapes how we view things.
Karma is widely misunderstood
Karma is not good or bad, it is a reflection of our behavior and beliefs of the past. It is a cycle that we perpetuate. It isn’t a punishment or reward system, it is merely a way of making things balanced.
Karma is all about balance, having another chance to see the wisdom within the experience, the lesson. Karma isn’t something we must endure, rather it is something that we can move through and release.
If we exhaust our karma we are free of the continual experiences we go through to essentially learn lessons.
