This is a very good story with a lot of helpful information. I used to ruminate way too much. I was really good at it, lol! Lines, being on the bus, washing dishes, these things can still be hard. I usually replace any thinking that feels bad with things I'm grateful for. I will try being mindful as well, I didn't think to apply it to situations like that.
