This is such a good reminder. Mindfulness can be practiced anytime. I also like that you mention peace is more of a state of being than an emotion. I feel that way too. The peace that mindfulness brings is wonderful, it's why I practice it, to slow down my mind and enjoy the moment. Excellent story, thank you for sharing it with Heart Speak!!
