No matter what you call them, spirit guides, guardian angels, animal guides, or archangels, there are beings who have agreed to help you in this life. In fact, you have a whole team of guides who have agreed to help you reach your soul’s intended goals for this lifetime.
The more you know about guides, the more they can help. It’s like learning there is an unseen support team just behind the curtain of your awareness. But it doesn't have to stay out of your awareness.
Guides help us with big and small things all of the time. Usually working behind the scenes unknown to us. Once we are aware of their presence we can interact with them and build a bond of trust and communication.
